How to prepare Nordic skewer on


The blinis are a kind of pancakes or crepes of Russian, Polish and Slavic origin, made with eggs, milk, yeast and flour. Low difficulty Ingredients:
  • 400 g fresh salmon loin
  • 2 apples
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 2 lemons juice
  • 1 orange juice
  • 8 pitted green olives
  • 8 pickled onions
  • 1 dl of cream
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill

Cut the salmon into dice. Mix the lemon and orange juices with a tablespoon of fat salt, a tablespoon of sugar and another tablespoon of chopped dill. Let the salmon soak in this preparation for 24 hours.


Peel the apples, remove the heart and cut them into thick and small half moons. Sprinkle them with lemon juice so they don't blacken.


Clean the branches of the celery, remove the strands and chop them also in half moons.


Skewer four skewers with previously drained salmon, apple, celery, olives and onions.


To make a sour cream, beat the cream with the juice of 1/2 lemon and salt and pepper. Arrange a tablespoon of cream on each blini and on top of a skewer. Spray with oil and sprinkle with chopped dill.
